I'm working through diving currently and seem to have run into a dead end. There are 2 more shrines to unlock here, but both are walled off. No quests directing me to the city again, no other shrines I can access left undone... I am not sure what I'm missing! Any ideas?

IIRC, top right image is sort of a two-step process? You have to find the solar orb for the one on your side before you get access to the other one. Trying searching for the orb further out. Again, IIRC for me it was closer to the single one below those two.

I'll give it a whirl when I get back to my desk. It felt like I'd cleared a ton of trash pretty far out but I'll try again!
The available shrines looked to all be behind barriers.

i didnt have the same issue, but i remember having to go quite far to find some of the orb thingies. all i can recommend is to find the dirty spots on your side of the barriers and clear ALL the trash there... sorry that is probably no help at all...

I remember having the same issue, tbh. The problem only increases in the next area. Some of those orbs are nowhere NEAR where their shrines are lol.
That middle line there I believe shows roughly where you need to look.
