I noticed that even though I’ve been playing for awhile (still in spring) that I only have 15 experience in Farming despite doing a lot of it. Is this normal or do we have an experience bug again?

Could be a bug but also make sure you are not using auto-collectors or auto-petters as you get no exp from them.
