I have 4 hearts with Scott but I never had a heart event with him yet and the only letters I received from him are about the museum expansion. Is he still date-able at this point or no? 😔

I'm also running into issues with Scott's heart events. Some sites are saying "Quest 'scott_7_helper" or something similar is something I need??? I'm already at 8 hearts cause I had no idea there were even heart events 😭

So when Noah said it to marry him as long as I had done that HE it worked. They are normally previous HE. @acoustic veldt at least for Noah that HE was bringing him something specific.
