(I’m new to the game) everything on my tool belt disappeared

I just bought the pots to start cooking and then my entire tool belt of things went missing, is there anything I can do to fix this?

you can try recovering your tools at the blacksmith and the beach shop HOWEVER I had this same issue and my scythe wouldn't recover. I had already slept through the night and that was it.. had to start over. Would probably be best to load your last save and start the day over

If you are on pc, you can try loading a backup file
