So I am at town rank E. In the furniture store I can purchase Kosan, Beach and Cabin decor. However even when I place the items into my house inventory It doesn't show up when I try to decorate. Is this a "town rank" limitation overall (ie do I have to wait until a better town rank to be able to change my wallpaper and flooring)? No matter what I've done I have not been able to see the items when I am in decor mode. (I have house level 2)

To place new wallpaper and new floor, you don’t need to enter decor mode. You can just put them without decor mode. Approach and click the wall while the new wallpaper/floor is active in your toolbelt
