Sounds around farm

Does anyone know what some sounds around the farm are?
Sometimes there is this eerie one like ... a ghostly one.
Other times is like someone is blowing a horn (usually in the area between the town and the farm).

The horn is apparently Watarus boat coming in and going out for the day
