I see a lot of questions about it, and I know I had to reset a few times to figure out what I was supposed to do.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOUSE ON THE WEDDING DAY....If you walk outside you'll miss the trigger
HOVER YOUR MOUSE NEAR THE FRONT DOOR....You should get a prompt to "Attend Your Wedding"
CLICK THE PROMPT....Wedding cutscene will start

Congratulations you're now either married or staring awkwardly for an eternity at your partner like mine did
