I'm trying to clean the ocean but for some reason the massive vines are blocking the only entrance to Lima Pulu. Am I supposed to talk to someone first? Am I missing something? I've done every single shrine in the previous areas, but whenever I swim up I just get a wall of little x's. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

You should be able to head directly in. If you're blocked, it usually means you missed a shrine or there's another route you need to use to get to that area. Bee's Ocean Guide has some maps with routes to go through, looking at those may help you determine if you missed a shrine or need to approach the area from another direction: https://discord.com/channels/623097219628662784/1167915065916260392

I am having the same problem as Crumbletta. I have checked ALL my shrines and they are all activated. Correction: I managed to find one that is not activated after viewing someone's VERY helpful map. But I cannot find the activator for that one. SIGH! I will just have to keep looking and clearing trash, I guess...
