I've tried everything. All the tips and tricks on here. Got past the 10 as previously for the museum. But I upgraded it before I knew it would be even more glitchy. Anyways, now I can't even enter it without it crashing. Go to ANY festival? CRASH. Enter the water? CRASH. Go to the mine? CRASH. Pet a cow? CRASH. I LITERALLY CANNOT DO ANYTHING 😭😭 I'm on console. I've updated it, I'm playing on cloud, etc. I pay so much for ultimate to be able to play these games and I can't play it. I waited so long for this game, followed on media, etc. and downloaded as soon as I could to play, only to not be able to. It's extremely heartbreaking. It's such a beautiful game and this is my only option to play it, and I'm unable to. I can hardly get the game open without it crashing or something happening in it..

Same here! I play on cloud through game pass, and I crash at literally every point in my day - opening my map, walking into water, opening inventory. I'd finally gotten past the museum bug by doing the whole 'I'm stuck' thing and skipping the cutscene, only to find that the game crashes all day every day regardless. 😭 I'm so sad because I LOVE this game - the developers did an amazing job making a beautiful, immersive game with AMAZING characters and a fantastic plot, but it is literally unplayable. I think that a manual save option would be a great idea so that not all progress is lost every single time it crashes.
It kind of crashes in a way that disconnects me from the cloud - like it doesn't just quit to the home screen, a thing pops up where it's like 'you have been unexpectedly disconnected' or something. Is that the same for you? O:

That's Xbox cloud save. I take it you're on the older console? Xbox cloud save is the most unreliable thing to exist. I thought it was internet based so upgraded to 900mb internet and it still can't buffer a game for my child to play slime rancher 2

One s is the older console as the series s and x you can download the game and don't need to cloud save anything. I hope they fix cloud save one day. I just put her on my console to save the hassle of it

I'm the same but it doesn't come up disconnected. It just dashboards us doesn't it. I was saying the disconnect word would be cloud gaming having a meltdown

I've had to uninstall it. I reported all the bugs and can't take no more sadly. Twice I've gotten to autumn year one and it's unplayable. Series s player too. I'm hoping to go back in the new year and have it somewhat better, but I'll keep checking here for updates

I'm on Series S too and it's great up until the museum... Is the steam version better off as far as the crashes and bugs?

At least with Starfield, you can save at any point.

I am interested to know if you‘re playing on 100% speed or not? Cause I feel like my problems started when I changed it, but I haven’t tested it yet

Nope, but I will record one once it happens, I think the museum is the biggest crasher on Xbox, but I think the dev team already knows about it. I know for me, it will crash every now and again. Thanks for checking in! (Ps. Don't buy food, and pull it out as you walk out any door, it will crash your game!)
