How to tell baby’s gender?

I just had my first baby and I can’t seem to figure out how to tell the gender. Can someone help with this? Thank you!

I’ve seen some people say that the game doesn’t gender the baby until they age up from an infant (which is still WIP)

I think it's written somewhere that the babies are gender neutral
