Not sure if this is a bug or they haven't been finished, so I figured I'd ask here first - but I just hit 8 hearts with Surya, and have not had ANY heart events with him. A friend playing just hit 5 hearts and also has not had any events with him, so I was leaning towards not finished, but wanted to check with y'all in case I needed to post a bug report.
