I'm pretty new to Coral Island so i could be mistaken, but do all NPCs refer to you as They/Them? If so is there a way to have them refer to you as He/Him or She/Her? I just find it strange that you can choose honorifics like "Mr."And "Ms." but no one refers to you as He/Him or She/Her. Again I'm really new to the game so i could be wrong, but i just wanted to know.

They just call you by whatever you name yourself.

What about your kids? Do they call you mom or dad?

I only got to the part where I adopted one child but they are an infant only. So they can’t talk.
