Xbox series s. I just unlocked sprinkler 3, was on fall year 2, had barn coop upgraded, alot done on the temple, had the farming equipment for both coop barn. The game crashed as it was saving, go to load back in and my saved game is completely gone. Only got option of my year 1 farm or new game

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but your save is gone, someone else here lost a 150 hour save with the same issue. Mods will come through, apologize for the “inconvenience” and inform their teams. I honestly would uninstall on console and play PC game pass because there are backup saves, consoles don’t have that. Sorry for your loss”inconvenience”.

Hi. We apologize for the delayed response. The devs has been informed about the issue and we're currently investigating this. Because Xbox uses a cloud system, we are still looking for a solution to be able to access save files on the cloud system 🙇‍♀️

Can you just give us a download version, the cloudversion is unplayable, even if you paid for the game. It's total waste of time. Just make it downloadable for all Xbox versions.

Ya im sorry.. i had to I has to decide it as well. Ive deleted the whole game until I know it can be played with out having to worry a crash gonna take everything away. This is a joke of a full release and how they have handled it after the fact.

I feel you.. I genuinely love this game and this game is supposed to be "relaxing" but now it kinda gives me anxiety of crashing.

I wouldn't go getting hope up on them fixing it either. They have known about these issues since last month. And now they are heading out for the holidays on the 18th and won't be back till next year. So guess xbox players have to wait till next year to be able to even hope for a playable update

To request a refund, go to xbox.com/refund and tell them why. This developer should never have released this game in this shape and charged for it.

People who have it downloaded on the newer Xbox’s are experiencing same thing. I have played so many games through cloud and I might crash once a week or so. With coral island it’s crash every 2-3 min. It’s not the cloud.
