Beach Cleaning Festival crashes upon leaving - Xbox Series S

Hi, I don’t think I saw others talking about this specifically for xbox, but every time I try to leave the festival my game instantly crashes. Does anyone know how to bypass this, I need to get the merit points so I don’t want to skip the festival

Don't play any of the mini games? Just go, and then leave?

I had the same thing just happen to me (Xbox one S, cloud gaming) - I select to leave the festival (played mini games etc) and it crashed 😦

Update: tried it again and only did the beach cleanup part, no mini games, still crashed. I also gave quest items to the islanders who’d asked for them if that makes a difference!

Hi! Can you tell me in which part of the festival does the crash happens? Is the crash happens directly after you leave the festival? 🙂

Yeah, that’s when it happens 😦 but leaving thru the left gate didn’t cause a crash!)

I have the same thing happen to me. Both on entering and exiting. I have video of it

I experienced the same issue. First when I was trying to enter the festival it crashed, then second time when I tried to leave. (At the left gate) Xbox series S.

Exit through diving exit! It’s the only one that worked for me!

The only thing that worked for me is don’t fast travel anywhere. Literally run to the beach, you can do all mini games and main, then leave. As long as you do no fast traveling, it will work. Series s player.

I went straight to the beach festival and it crashed twice. I tried to avoid going and it crashed. I slept through the day and only then could I continue.
