Ever since the update today my game has been crashing alot more just by doing things like donating to the goddess temple that happened twice in a row and like just now it crashed just from me feeding my animals in my farm that's like 3 times tonight already normally as long as I stay away from the museum I'm lucky to get one crash every few hours but this has happened in the past hour 3 crashes getting so old and tiring

@rich crater I'm on Xbor serious S and as for a recording I could try to get it but not to good at recording things but between yesterday and today is has crashed over 20 times so far mainly during the save point after sleeping so when it does it again I'll record

@rich crater no auto chests haven't gotten to that point yet but I know they crash xbox as for getting my saved I have to repeat the same day over and over again everyone it crashes so when I loaded the game i had to restart the day all over again just for it to crash on me like 2 more time before giving me the next day but it does this like every day atleast once of not more some days I deal with like 5 or 6 crashes before giving up

Even just now just bought new cloths donated a moth I didn't have took me forever to get then went to dive to check my traps and it black screens and crashes

@rich crater crashed yet again while exciting the harvest festival i give up for the night all together I have crashed 10 times tonight just doing things from farming ranching fishing and the harvest festival

@rich crater do you by chance know when the next update to fix the museum issue will be cause I'm pretty sure it's benee past 2 weeks and I'm still unable to access the museum

I have the same problem as you. When I participated in the harvest festival, the game started to stuck and crash from the program. I don’t want to skip any important game events 🥲

Same problems. It's frustrating. I had to skip the beach clean up one because it kept crashing.

@rich crater now I'm town rank C and I'm stuck on town rank C becuase I can't even enter the museum to donate which means I can't so anything with the museum do you know when that will be fixed cause I can't progress further til it is fixed and I would like to progress soon it's been over 2 weeks almost 3 and still not fix this is sad and not ok

@rich crater yes like I can go into the inventory click on anything like a my bed I bought but won't let me place it won't let me move anything like my couch is currently in front of my stairs and won't let me remove it

@rich crater as for the harvest festival it's not just the harvest festival is all the festivals I've had the game crash while entering leaving doing the cut scenes doing the mini games its just random things like the apple bobbing freezes til Timmer runs out then crashes shortly after I had to skip the festival for the day becuase it kept crashing on me and I got tired of restarting

@fathom cipher as for the speed I have tried switching between 100 percent and 50 percent it makes no difference

The game crashed six times when trying to do the mermaids today. Once when opening the gates, three times when meeting Cho Oyu and twice when I tried to go into the deep sea. All I did before was collect and water my crops

@rich crater my problem is yall keep dying the bugs were reporting are being fixed and yet everything yall post what your working on what's being fixed etc etc I dint see anything bout the museum crashing after being upgraded I dint need a fix for the 10 donations I need a fix for the already upgraded museum crash the crash that happens after doing the pixstarter upgrade and keeps players from even entering the museum I dint even get to see the inside after upgrading it becuaee it black screens then crashes the sec I walk through the entrance so we're is the fix for that I mean are yall just not understanding what needs fixing or what cause I'm confused on why this ain't being posted or talked about

Had to skip yet another festival dur to crashing the Halloween festival that's 2 festivals already this is getting out of hand and annoying I wanted to give it another try after a long break and yet still having far to many problems yall keep saying your fixing the crashes I have no seen anything bout the museum bug being fixed at all still can't decorate my house still crashing at random times still crashing while trying to do festivals etc etc yall need to fix the problems so people can play the game

@rich crater I'm gonna try to explain this the best I can I finished the pickstarter mission and upgraded the museum ever since I finished the cut scene for the said pickstarter mission I keep trying to enter the museum to donate and everything I do it black screens then dashboards my game the sec i enter its been like this for over a month now and no fix has been deployed no mention of this glitch being worked on I literally can not progress til yall fix the museum crash 😢

@rich crater the only thing i see foe the next update is the glich for the 10 donation this has nothing to do with that this glitch happens way after that it happens after the upgrade which has nothing to do with the 10 donation glitch

Not to mention there is no fix its been over a month that's far to long for a glitch to be just sitting you want your company to succeed making players Waite for bug fixes won't do the job yall need to call Microsoft aajd find it why we haven't had an update

Exactly all platforms have already received corrections, only the Xbox that didn't receive it, I felt that the Xbox was abandoned

@rich crater combined the other platforms have received 5 hot fixes/updates to crashes or issues. Xbox is being left to rot. And y’all are losing a lot of players due to this. And honestly the only response we get is “soon” or “working on it” but that’s not a reliable timeline when that’s what we have heard for weeks. We need a date. A timeline. An actual list of what bugs are being fixed per updates. We are struggling because it feels like our complaints are falling on deaf ears.

It's also dishearting to see no responses have been made to the players who you ask to "recreate the crash" ??? 1. That's a beta testers job.
2. Some of these people can't because the crash is wiping their game save.

Exactly. As either game pass players or even the people who bought the game. 1.0 is not actually full release and most people aren’t ok with the state this game is in. If it was just bugs or minor issues we could deal with it. But this is game breaking. I haven’t been able to actually play in a month due to this issue. the responses are delayed and very repetitive and honestly not very helpful we want actual facts and info.

This. It seems to crash even more.
I can't use the shrines and fast travel bc half the time it crashes, I can't go diving bc no matter if I leave by shrine or anchor it crashes every single time.
I can't go into the museum at all bc I did the workaround for the 10 item crash but it then forces you to upgrade the museum even if you never actually complete the quest and once the upgrade happens it's crash city every time you try.
I've also been crashing about half the time after exiting a heart event cut scene which is really frustrating because just trying to walk around the map feels like trying to avoid landmines.
Heck I crash half the time I try to sleep.
If we had at will saves it wouldn't be so bad but we just have sleep to save (which I find annoying in Stardew too) which is pointless when sleeping causes crashes.
