why nothing for playstation 5? Sony is typically much faster with certifications and microsoft has always been notoriously slow.... so I am just curious why xbox got one but us ps5 peeps are twiddling our thumbs.

I was surprised that xbox got the hotfix first and was hoping Playstation would be close behind, but it looks like we aren't getting it today. Pretty sure xbox have more issues, right? Maybe that is why it got approved quicker. I bought the game on console day 1 but haven't been able to play due to almost total lack of sound or music. It sucks the life out of it for me. Really hoping we get the hotfix in the next few days!

I agree I’ve been waiting for the architect desk crash fix since it’s tiring to remodel the farm manually but I guess we just have to wait. And the audio issues as well.

So for PS5, we get to have the fire giant cutscene and get the architect desk but can't use it? Just wanna know what events in PS5 I should avoid for now that triggers crash or worse wipe out my entire inventory 😂

Yes but the decor bug is still under investigation. Hopefully the fix won't trigger other bugs like what it did with the recent Xbox fix 🤞

i emailed stairway directly yesterday and now instead if saying it could take days or 2 weeks they said or a month. First time I have heard them say a month. Hope that isn't true

If it makes you guys feel better, the hot fix for XBOX made the crashing even worse on Series S.
The museum insta-crashes the game, crashes around every 2 days or less, some people have their progress wiped while crashing during saving.

Ya they said blah blah blah thank you for supporting coral island and it can take a month. I kinda feel like it was because I directly asked them if there was a delay because what they said vs what happens etc and sony offers same day certifications so this was kinda slow. So they answered even more ambigiously and said it could take a month. Which is insane to me. Maybe that is why they stopped even mentioning anything about ps5 on here. I noticed they comment quite a bit on the xbox bugs but not ps5 anymore

Yeah, sadly it is all up to how long it takes Sony and or Xbox to verify the patch. Microsoft might have been a little quicker off the bar this time, but glad you all are getting the update now! Hope it fixes the hiccups and crashes for you
