I'm playing on Xbox series S and my game crashed at the end of the day. I opened the game again and my save just disappeared.

I'm on second year in the game, my tools are in the maximum upgrade, I finished all the mines and cleaned the ocean. It's so frustrating.

Is there a way to resync your save? Isn't it like a hard reset or something on Xbox?

I don't know. I tried to reinstall the game and nothing. I tried to enter my account again and nothing.

Hi @solid iris. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for the report. Does your save file still exist but your game date rolled back to your previous day, or does your save file completely disappear from the game?

Hi @umbral bobcat. My save file completely disappeared from the game.

Before the game crashes, I'm just collecting items and fishing. The crash appeared during the game save at the end of the day.

Hi @solid iris. I'm sorry for the delayed in getting back to you again. We've released a new hotfix for the Xbox Series a few days ago. You should get a prompt to load your backup save file if you experience missing save file previously. Please note as the file is from your backup, you may lose a few days when opening it. Hi @solid iris. May I ask, are you playing exclusively on Xbox Series S or cross-platform (on Xbox Series S and PC), using the same save file?
