I got the update today! Happy to report it seems the micro stutters when running went away! Sadly still unable to donate that 10th item ☹️ chicken game for the pet festival is also bugged and made my game crash three times when trying to participate.

Yeah, the Xbox update hasn't fixed the crashes for me, either. I can't enter the museum at all, and it's still crashing randomly when entering buildings or cutscenes.

Yeah nine is still randomly crashing and it crashed at the museum. I was able to get through the cutscene after you see the mermaids the first time, but it crashes with the museum and it had crashed twice just playing the game walking around

Yeah I can’t donate the 10th item either it still crashes my game. So disappointing

Yup. Crashing still on Series S. Crashing when donating to the museum. Crashing randomly when playing. Not sure how they missed any of this.

On the plus side - huge list of quests came via home mail and the lagging seems to have stopped.

Same no more lagging for now. Guess I’ll just hoard all the stuff I wanna donate for now

@eager dagger Sucks eh? I'm slowly getting close to the point in the game where I'll NEED the museum to progress. Such as the Lake Temple. A lot of the things I need now, I can't get because I need seeds and such that only unlock at Town C rank and above (which I can't get without donating to the museum lol).

@eager dagger Me too. Next to Rune Factory 4, this is the only game to come close to Stardew IMO. Just hope they manage to actually address this problem on the next attempt. Is this place looked in at by the Devs or their minions?

I found a fix!! Hand in your donations and immediately press pause, then select "I'm stuck". The day will reset and save. The game will crash. But then when you load back in, it's all fixed!

@rain cairn There's a separate issue that people are reporting. When you complete the quest to donate 50 items, don't hand in the quest. Leave it. Instead, just go about your business and donate in allllllll your stuff. The bug that people are reporting is that once they upgrade their museum, they get locked out and can't enter it. Your museum only upgrades once you hand the above quest in. So, just don't hand in the quest and you're good to go 😊
