#CONTSTANT CRASHING!

I have updated all drivers, cleaned out the computer. I have also dropped all my display settings within game to see if this changes anything and it just seems to get worse!
It is now Fall day 1 second year and i cant even walk towards Sams without it crashing ๐ฆ
i thought that i was going well for the day as i loaded up got half way through the in game day and nope crashed again!!!

You guys need to call someone in to fix all these issues. Working on it internally doesn't seem to be cutting it. Gotta be somebody you guys can work with that can help
I have the same problem. The game seems to eat all my RAM as well.
It's August 2024 and this RAM-eating issue is still present.
The game runs smoothly on my setup (Intel i9 13900kf, 32 GB RAM, NVIDIA RTX 4090 - guess my specs are not a problem), till it crashes while using ~ 30GB RAM.
I've got close to 200 h in this game, but it's been present since "day one" (a few patches ago).
I like Coral Island, but the game constantly crashing makes me wanna uninstall tbh...

I'm playing on Steam on both of my PCs (crashes happen on both of them, specs are:
- as listed above
- Ryzon 5900, NVIDIA RTX 3080 ti
Both are playing on the Steam version.
Ps: My wife plays on PS5, works like a charm!

Edit: Using auto-harvesters on PS5 now causes the game to stutter, lag very aggressively and sometimes crash, too.

If it did, can you share the logs with us? You can access the crash log by copy-paste this file path into your Windows Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\Crashes then filter the date to the recent one, and send the .xml file here ๐
I've experienced different kinds (if you can say so, I'm no IT-expert
).
- Game stutters and freezes a few sec after. Blocks out my main monitor (even win+D or a windows mover-prompt via Stream Deck can't get me back to desktop, only ALT+F4 -mashing till it dies helps.
- Game stutters and closes (usually with a little freeze beforhand), followed by a failure pop-up like "DirectX failed to operate" (or something like this. I'll screenshot it, when it happens again). This one will usually let me access desktop, but will f***-up my Steam client (restarting Steam solves the mess).
- Game freezes instantly, only to be closed by a windows shutdown and reboot. On rare occasions task manager let's me kill the process without rebooting windows, but it's just ~10% chance.

I experienced the same thing. Now it happens with any activity. I also verify the integrity of the file as you recommended here. the game just freezes after a while, then a black screen and it either says unreal engine has stopped working or i have to hard shutdown my computer because nothing works.

@peak turret This crashing happens even on game pass xbox one. I haven't been able to play for months. I believe it is the cloud gaming. It always says it can't save because cloud gaming got disconnected.

There are many actions that can cause this to happen, such as using the warp or entering an event. of the game, whether it is a special event for each character or monthly event Or when saving the game, it can happen as well.

yeah. got it on steam. getting that popup when I try to start the game. It will go through the main stuff, but won't get to the title page.
