Hello, I was just curious what the little heart on the dialogue boxes represents and why it’s sometimes full and other times half full or not at all, thank you.

If I'm not mistaken, it indicates your heart level. Half a heart is the odd numbers (1,3,5, etc) and full heart is even numbers
