Reach 10 Hearts with an NPC. Buy Diamond Ring from Blacksmith > Propose. Afterwards, your chosen partner will tell you when the wedding will be. On the day of the wedding, it will immediately begin the moment you leave your home.

I figured it out afterwards. The first time it didn’t trigger for some reason so I reset the day and it triggered
