Can someone please give an update on the game breaking crashes for xbox. Im tired of being kept in the dark as im sure alot of other players are, if you want us to play your game then do the right thing and give us the information, i can tell you this you already have a 2 star rating on xbox cause of the state of the game and it wont get any better till this hotfix or update rolls out. Please don't keep your players in the dark

@azure helm they said on the 21st it could take up to 2 weeks for the update but it's cued to be released by Microsoft but thats all the info given atm

@desert patrol thxs for the update, it seems like the players are more helpful than others, im a massive fan of this type of game and i really wanna love it and get stuck in losing hours of my day on this, its hard not to feel cheated if this was just in preview i can fully understand but its like they didnt game test on xbox at all and if they rushed it to meet a holiday rush well ive no words and hope that is not the case

If you experiencing museum crash, I’m happy to share that we have fixed the issue and will be included in our future releases! The timing may vary depending on the platform, stay tuned for the update 🙂

@gloomy drum problem ain't fixed til the patch goes through but I've already explained all this to him if you could kindly reword yourself by maybe saying yall found a fix amd are waiting for Microsoft to put it through it wouldn't upset so many people

Sadly too cause they are a small studio (not a bad thing) Xbox won't care so much to quick roll out a hot fix say it would for cod or Fortnite. I know it's frustrating but sadly they can't do anything now but wait for it to get approved for consoles but they are listening and watching and for me that's enough.

Just updated, some issues were resolved but I still can't enter the museum after the update thinking about starting fresh and see if that makes a difference

For anyone that doesnt know you can bypass the 10 items glitch by donating, dont take the reward, leave the menu up until your character passes out. It will save, game will crash. Then reload and youll be past it. I'd recommend skipping cut scene after as ive never made it all the way through without another crash
