crashing on Xbox series S

I’m playing on series S and the game is crashing continuously no matter what I’m doing. I can’t access the museum at all because every time I enter it the game crashes. The game crashes at every instance. Enter a mine? Crash. Enter a cut scene? Crash. Start a festival? Crash. The game is great and the devs are doing an excellent job, but I want to make sure I put my crash report in so that the devs are aware!

The museum is horribly glitched (which they have acknowledged it crashing at the 10th donation but not anything else further even though it is) and most of the cut scenes are too. It’s really rough.

I’m on series s, also have the museum crash, I’m just storing all my stuff in chests until the update comes out. Besides that I’ve only had a few crashes. One at the tree planting and a few random but not too terrible. Are you on cloud play?

I meant for the op but no. It lags for sure and has a few other bugs but I’ve been playing pretty fine minus the muesem

Ok I have it on a hard drive connected to my Xbox. Maybe the issue for my crashes. Will have to download directly to console just in case.

Nope, not cloud play. It’s downloaded to my Xbox and not on a hard drive either. It’s crashing randomly and often it’s unplayable 😩

That's what I'm doing. It crashed on me after the full city ranking cutscene, so the second time I tried I skipped the cutscene. I tried the museum donation cutscene 3 times and It couldn't get through it, people say to skip it, but I want to watch it! So I'm just waiting it out haha.

Can you tell me more about the crashes on entering a mine, cutscene, and festival? 🙂

It crashes when entering buildings, exiting buildings. Any and every where. Also just seems random. When opening and closing menu. Farming. Foraging. When ever

Thank you! I did get an update but it is still crashing here and there. It’s always randomly there really isn’t a pattern, and of course the museum still doesn’t work.
