I have married and unlocked all 15 hearts? But yet I don’t know how to have a kid. I’ve slept a bunch of times and nothing happens no dialogue, no event, nothing. Can someone explain?

Have you received the message yet? I'm really not sure but I got the message(|| Do you want to have a baby?) ||and still nothing has happened so I think I might have to wait.

If its anything like Stardew Valley's way of having children, I believe you have to wait for your partner to ask if you wanna have a baby and then you'll have a pregnancy period, with Stardew Valley it was 14 days? You didn't see any body changes with your farmer you just give birth one day, I'm not sure if its different with Coral Island but I think there is probably a pregnancy stage which lasts a few days before you have the baby
