Does the star rating of the ingredient determine the quality of the artisan product made from it? E.g if I have Gold milk does it give me Gold cheese?
Same question with other artisanal products that come from other machines/ingredients.

The stars are ranks and this gies for artisanal food from animals and crops. A milk with a gold star will give you a cheese wheel or butter that is also gold rated, with the purple osmium being the highest value
