This is a diatribe in a channel meant to ask for help. You're writing in anger and and not actually seeing people who are answering your question because you don't like the answers. I'm not here to argue. But Topher and others are trying to answer you.
Other people answer because they are trying to be helpful. Sometimes an answer can easily be something just overlooked, or a quick reload. Otherwise, a collection of 'Me Too's on a problem let the devs know it's not just a one-off glitch.
Microsoft does things on Microsoft time, all-capsing at the people trying to help you will not speed up the process honey.
@junior galleon one me doing caps has nothing to do with my mood or weather or not I'm yelling I have eye problems which means sometimes I have to do caps so back off with that read people's profiles before assuming things and 2 this is the first game I have ever seen put their players through this I'm sorry but thus is uncalled for and is being reported to Microsoft because yall are disrespecting Microsoft

If you go to the developer diary channel, they literally state that the update is queued to be put out within the next 2 weeks for XBox and PS5

I completely understand your frustration. As someone who has been involved with video games for about 20 years, I can tell you the lack of transparency from the devs is not helpful especially when the game has a lot of bugs. Unfortunately, devs normally prioritize crashes and freezes first, anything that is considered game breaking or a progression issue. The last developer diary only mentions sending out a fix to Xbox and PS5 for the house decoration issue not the museum issue if they are even aware of that. Don’t know why they made that the priority rather than fixing the crashes or issues with story or character progression. As for your displeasure on some of the community acting like devs, every gaming community has their white knights in shining armor…lol.
