at this point i'm totally okay with the repeating dialogue, i want luke SO BAD!!!! so i was wondering if heart event 9 and 10 were fleshed out, since i heard some npcs' heart events weren't finished yet? just want to know ahead of time before i decide to go further with luke and my farmer's relationship. thank you!!

From the coral guide, Luke doesnt have a 9th heart event. He has a 10th heart event which i am having a hard time triggering😭😭i read on another post that they were able to successfully trigger his 10th heart event.
