Connors Hat Quest

Hey there 🙂 Connor wrote a letter yesterday, in wich he claims his Hat got lost, because of the strong wind. Now the Quest triggered to find it....Well I searched on the whole Map, but I just couldnt find it :/
Has anyone had this Quest already and found it?
If neccessary im on Winter 3rd of the first year 🙂
