Confused about healing these trees.

I've healed the coral tree but I thought once you do that these trees (pictured one) also heal? Or are the trees linked to the lake temple offerings? Also, the thing by the diving spot was activated/healed (?) when I completed healing the coral tree in EA but this time nothing has happened with it. Have the requirements for these things changed in FR?

You need to complete offerings to heal those trees.
