End of day (2nd winter day 10). The game crashed in the middle of saving. It locked up my entire steam deck and I had to force a reboot. Lost the days progress.

Same is happening to me. Trying to progress from Winter 23 year 1, game crashes every time and can’t advance. I’ve tried 4 times now. Have to force reboot my steam deck every time. Started happening with the latest steam deck update but not sure if that’s a coincidence. Did a full reinstall of my steam deck and all games and didn’t help. Game is essentially unplayable because I can’t progress

Yeah this game is unplayable right now. 9 of 10 times it crashes trying to save, wasting the day. No pattern in what I’m doing, sometimes I’m idle & sleeping early just to test it and it still crashes.

Disabling all my automation chests seems to have gotten me past this for now. Hopefully they’ll figure out a fix for this soon

For Steam Deck, please check 'compatdata' (file path: /home/deck/.local/share/Steam/ steamapps/compatdata). From there, you will see lots of folder with random number, Coral Island folder should be the one with code number '1158160'.
Enter that folder, into the pfx folder, then drive_c folder, then you can follow the file path here: Users<username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\Crashes (the .xml file) to find the crash log 🙂

It's so frustrating replaying the same day to lose it all. I get there are bugs and crashes but this is literally game breaking.
