Hi folks - does anyone know how the Crop Express perk works from the Farming Mastery? Is it like Stay Hydrated where it has a 10% chance to work on ALL tiles, or does it work on each tile/crop individually?

I hope we can get a dev response to this. Per-tile is terrible because it messes up the rhythm of the farm. At bare minimum it should at least advance crops of the same type at the same stage of development evenly. Until it does, I'm going to leave that skill point unspent.
