question for the Devs

When are xbox 0lauers gonna get their update getting really tired of not being able to raise the ranks on my museum which is stuck at rank F becuase I can no longer enter due to it crashing and now the game is crashing at so many other random times such as leaving the ocean or entering the store or just doing random things like fishing harvesting etc the bug is only spreading and getting worse so when will we see this supposed updated yall claim to have

This has nothing to do with the devs at this point, and everything to do with Microsoft.

The devs have already submitted the new update build for approval, and they have said so many times.

Now it’s a matter of when Microsoft approves said build, which the devs have no control let alone knowledge of when it’ll be allowed in.

This is just part and parcel of playing any game on the Xbox. If you want faster updates, then don’t play on the Xbox.

Not really Microsoft puts them through when they get it I have been playing 0lenty of games lately needing major updates like this and Microsoft has out them through the moment the devs give them the update

I'm sorry but yall sitting here saying yall have a fix for the crashing bug but won't say when we can expect this said update that it depends on the platform one I have never heard of that before I have been playing games on Xbox for years dealing with bug updates etc for years and have never heard of that what i was told many times by Microsoft is they push the bug fixes through the meant they get the bug fix from the devs that's coming from Microsoft and 2 not knowing if and when xbox players will get an updates to fix a crashing bug keeping them from progressing through the game is not ok is stressful annoying makes the game unfun and makes me not wanna play the game any more ill be contacting Microsoft tomorrow to report these issues yall are having and get some real answers since tall don't seem to be able to do your jobs

I get that is frustrating, i've gone through multiple crashes and bugs in this game, even had one which made me unable to use tools in the ocean until I found a fix for it. But thats not reason to be immature and tell the devs to "do your jobs." You need to remember this is an indie company, the game is still in early access. If you are so concerned about bugs don't play games that are in early access.

It just makes no seance how yall telling me I have to Waite for Microsoft to push the update through when I have been told by Microsoft many times they push bug fixes through the moment they get them for any game yall are the first people to tell me any of this I have never heard of in the years of playing xbox games I have never had to go with out and update fix date

I mean, if thats the case it might be a bit strange, but i'd also wonder if thats the case for larger games corporations that get the green light straight away. Worse case scenario here is instead of using the museum at the moment, just store all your donations in a chest and once the bug patch comes out, then go on a mass donating spree. If you are worried about town rank, from my playthrough i've found other objectives tend to count towards it more anyways, like cleaning up the ocean.

Ok then tell me how do I raise my culture rank because st this point my mesum and town are both E and ocean which is nearly done is at C but my culture is at F so how do I raise that I'm just frustrated becuase I just wanna be able to do everything in my game

By culture, do you mean heritage? If so, then its by completing offerings. And to do the ocean just heal all the corals.

Yes that's what I mean and oh ok cause I've been watching YouTube videos to help me through game and so far not many videos are helpful

The state Stairway released CI on consoles suck, they should have delayed 1.0 on consoles or done a better job with QA. Anyway, what more can Stairway do after finalizing the patch and submitting it to Microsoft? I don't trust Microsoft any more than I trust Stairway so to me it's weird to believe everything Microsoft customer support tells you.
