I have different colored cows and chickens but have not found any other animal with variants.

Cows and chickens can also win games at a fest making them give out gold versions of their produce but thats about as varied you can make animals so far ig.

Ducks do! When I have it my first four animals, got two chickens ( a dark rooster colored one and a white sus one) and two ducks ( a tan/ brown and then a white one)
