hi, im stuck in the ocean... im missing one altar to unlock next areas, but i removed all trash and no thing to unlock is there :/

It is in 50m Zone 1
all corals look good and lighting but the altar is grey and not active

Starting in gold and osmium areas. The activators are further from thr altars- just keep cleaning. They aren't in the immediate areas like you're used to
Plan on cleaning the entire gold/osmium section.
