Hi there’s no end to them. They’re mostly there to serve as a continuous trash spawn since once you heal the coral the trash spawn in the rest or the ocean drops significantly and in this game trash is used for a lot!
The vortexenators are like underwater bombs when you place one on the ocean floor it bombs/sucks up the trash around it so you don’t have to scythe it. Super helpful when you’re running low on energy or want to clear large areas quickly.
