So, I've lit up all the coral mechanism things in this section except for the ones blocked over there (red where its blocked off). is there something i'm missing? like those are the last i need. help???

its a little hard to map out because u cant see where u are on the map itself

If I remember right the north most section you marked is the one that should be removed when you finish all the previous coral mechanisms. If it is still there for you and you are only missing those 3, then it's a bug.

probably a bug, In my game I just pass through the entire under water map, no blocking

Maybe teleport to the mermaid kingdom then start the gold section again and follow this map to double check you haven’t missed anything.
Otherwise yeah, sounds like a bug.

This happened to me too. There was a pylon in the furthest upper right corner of the map that wasn't showing on the map as an icon. Was driving me crazy.
