#game not loading in - crashes before I can even make it to the title screen

The game has been crashing before and I have been unable to load into the game. This has been happening very frequently. Just now I've been trying to load this game since 10:20PM and it is now 11:31PM. Before, I was able to load the game at least once out of the 10 times I've tried and then it would work fine without crashing again later on. Throughout the times I've played, I tried to be very careful with certain things - before, I would take out the auto-chests when I noticed and saw reports of games crashing with it.

Now I am unable to load the game at all in the past hour. I play on medium quality.

I'm really putting everything that I can into this post because I really want to be able to play the game again. I'm really unsure why I keep having these crashes as I've tried to be very careful on what I do with my saves. Here is a screenshot of the amount of times it has crashed within the last hour:

this is the xml file from the most recent crash - I can also send the others if needed, but they all have the same type of crash (unable to load the title screen)

Hi @nova star. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for the report. I will check this issue with the teams and get back to you again 😉

#

May I also ask are you installing Coral Island on HDD or SSD? 🙂

# rotund bone I see. Have you tried to upgrade your driver to the latest version? 🙂

Yes, prior to this, I tried to see if it was a problem with my graphics card as I presumed that it timing out meant that my GPU was unable to keep up with the demands of the game. However, everytime that I went to update my driver, it said that it was the most recent installed - I checked the date and it said that the most recent update was in August.
