#When does the changelist actually take effect for PS5?

I see the changelist posted a bit ago but is that part of the same patch to fix the sound issues on PS5 or a whole other patch? I guess I am confused because the patch for sound issues says it has to go through certification and that was the only issue mentioned being fixed for ps5. Is the changelist just for PC?
