Can we please get manual saves from the pause menu???? 😔 I love this game but if my system crashes, power goes out, I have to do something irl, I shouldn't have to change days to save... Please make this a thing. It really ruins my day when the game glitches out and I have to start a whole in game day over a day full of work... Every farm/life sim has one 💜

It's not a heavy carryover from any specific game most farming Sims have a manual save system that doesn't involve going to sleep and changing the day. It would make perfect sense to have a manual save in a pause menu so you can save anywhere anytime without changing the days. This game would benefit so much from this because of how many bugs glitches and outside variables that this game has. Say for instance I am working throughout an in-game day I've gone to the mines I've gone diving I've sold produce I went out foraging I've talked to NPCs I've donated things to the museum. All in one day before saving and changing the day My game can crash and none of my progress will be safe. I will have to start all over redo everything I did including the mines which are RNG it hurts it makes me angry it makes me want to put the game down and not come back to it for a few days.. having a manual save system in the pause menu wouldn't make it so much more easier to pause my game save it go do the dishes real quick then come back to my game and if my game crashes after that save then I can just reload that save it would make it so much easier it would make this game a lot better. Like I said before there is too much work to do in the game within one in-game day to get money all for the game to crash and you to lose that progress... I'm not saying copy harvest Moon or any other game I'm saying help the players help the fans be better at the game.. a manual save system would help with crashes and players losing progress. It's funny because there's nothing that can harm the game from a manual save system in the pause menu. It only helps. Sorry for this rant I just really really really really need a manual save system or at least an autosave cuz it's super annoying and frustrating and makes me want to put the game down for days..

Sorry I didn't mean it in a bad way, I just mean that stardew-likes often have the save at end of day system like stardew valley. I've played a few and it's just due to stardews inspiration. Even stardew valley itself has a mod for midday saving if I remember right

As nice as it would be I don't think we'll see anything new implemented outside of the 2024 roadmap unless it's tiny changes
