#mysterious letter... what is this quest? pls help

I got a letter titled '...' asking me to come to the beach west of the diving pier at 6 pm tomorrow. I don't know if I am going to the wrong place, I thought its around where the campfire is? but nothing happens when I get there. got the letter multiple times after missing the time of the meetup at first. now I've tried going there on the day of recieving the letter, and the day after, but found nothing/only found the regular townies

what do I have to do for this? it's not a quest, just a letter prompt but I wanna know, so any help is appreciated

I fast traveled to the lighthouse and walked down to the beach at 6 from there, and it triggered.

It is a cutscene with one of the characters.

I also missed the first "tomorrow", and got the letter again the next day, so had a second chance for it.

Also needs to be on a sunny day! I kept attempting on rainy days and it wouldn’t trigger
