Completely unable to play the game. I've put so many hours in and I'm afraid it's all lost. I tried looking for a saves folder but I can't find anything. I'm playing on pc/xbox game pass.

I don’t have a video but I can record tomorrow morning! I was on spring day 19 and I closed and saved the game without any issue. When I loaded the save a few days later it immediately crashed. I tried reloading from the backups but those crashed too. I’ve verified the install and even uninstalled/reinstalled it and I’m having the same issues still. I tried making a new game and it will let me get through character customization and crash right after that.
