#[Xbox PC Game Pass] Black Screen when entering a specific cutscene

I've been able to do this twice now (by accident both times). Seems like there's a cutscene that is meant to trigger at the waterwheel in town. When that happens I just get a black screen, but can still hear audio. It's kind of gamebreaking since it means I have to be really careful about where I go in the town. I'm playing on Gamepass with build version v1-4.
