Unable to access 5th coral site because of Ling

I have activated 4 coral site but when i try to dive into the 5th site it requires me to report to Ling first. I came into the lab on multiple occasions but she just talk to me with normal conversation. Am I missing something?

There are more up in the area you can move around! You have to complete the fifth one up in that intro area and then a cutscene will trigger for you to talk to Ling afterwards!
