Any reason why I’m not allowed to decorate these rooms? Also wallpaper and flooring are unable to be used. Does not show up in my house storage even when I have it.

Hi those extra rooms are for your spouse and child actually. They’ll auto decorate when they move in

I'm having the same trouble. I couldn't use wallpapers or flooring even before upgrading my house. :(
