There's no trash between where I'm standing and up near the cave. There also aren't any reef areas that look black and oily still. I'm actually fairly certain I activated this cluster of 3, but one still reads as inactive.

Thanks, I was able to find it under some trash on the very left bottom area. Wasn't expecting it to be over there.
