Crashing every time I enter museum after Pick starter is finished.

So I've seen the pick starter cut scene where you see all the statues and see all the upgrade bits. And now I'm trying to re enter the museum, and it will not allow me to enter the museum. I have tried reloading, I have tried closing the game, And coming back in fresh, i've tried waiting until another season is up and going in after the season changes I've tried pressing and holding X in the hopes that it's a cut seed that I can instantly trigger a skip of and it still crashes because it doesn't go far enough for me to even tell if it is a cut scene. I've seen a lot of other people having the same issue, but none of them have actually put in as far as I can tell, a actual crash report. So here it is. In my case, I am playing through cloud gaming on Xbox. in case it's important. *** UPDATE 11/27/23 *** From what I can tell, the update has hit on Xbox As we are at game version, 1.0-935 But unfortunately, the museum crashing after the Pick starter event has finished is still a problem. I have tested this multiple times with various different things in my inventory in case it was something specifically in my inventory that was causing the crash. I have also tried it with an entirely empty inventory. Specifically, I have already donated well over 20 items And I have watched the video of the Pick starter stuff that involves seeing all the various statues of Pick starter donators. After that video, I have not been able to re enter the museum.

I’m having the same exact issue on the Xbox but on the downloaded game not through the cloud.

I’m having the same problem. Xbox Series S, downloaded title & with a 100% reproduction rate. Sorry to see others having the same issue.

For the museum crash, the devs has been informed about the issue and is currently working to fix this problem 🙂

I’m having the same issue. I wonder if the devs are aware this is two separate issues with the museum. The donating 10 and then after the pickstarter.

Having the same issue here as well. I got through the 10 donation issue and was able to expand the museum. But game crashes every time I enter the museum now.

I know it's really frustrating cause I finished my first year and I have 3 chest full of artifacts 😂😂

That's exactly why I made it a new and separate crash report in the hopes that they'd realized it was two separate issues.

Yeah, only donating 10th item to the museum is listed on the coral-known-bugs channel 🥲

You do realized that this may be a separate bug from the museum crashing at 10 turned in because I've turned in a lot more than 10 at this point I managed to get past that

Thanks for getting back to me - I’m playing on pc. A couple of times when I was last playing, my screen would get stuck loading when I enter the museum. It’ll just show a black screen! One time the game exited itself and the other I force quit as it was stuck on the black screen for a long time

I have the same problem after the museum was renovated and became bigger. Most of the time it doesn’t load for me at all and crashes the game. I’m playing on PC

yep, that's the same for me! i've renovated the museum too. so far this is the only crash i've experienced.

I just recently started getting the Museum crashing in fall when playing on Xbox for PC

Yea now I can get in to the museum crashes shortly after thrrr is no cut Scean at all and if I try to go in with donation stuff it crashes before even loading but if I go in with nothing I'm able to check out the museum for like 1 or 2 min then crashes and now the crashes have spread to other parts as well like leaving the ocean etc this is getting quite annoying

Specially not knowing if and when the bug will ever get fixed

I didn't have a recorded video of it. I was able to cause it a couple of a times in a row with the same inventory. After I deposited everything in a chest and then took it out again, the bug entering the museum stopped. Might have been something in my inventory was conflicting while entering the museum. Just a thought.

I’m also having this issue. I have found out that the problem only seems to be on Xbox S (for me), as I have tried to enter the museum on X, and there was no issue or crashes. Just a bit of waiting sometimes.
