#After Updates to Rank E the boutique building is still not updating?

my rank just raised up to E, if i'm not wrong during early release the boutique will open besides the salon, but now after release 1.0 it has been a few days in game and after the upgrade of the rank the boutique building is still on lease, am I wrong? or is it supposed to be someplace else?
