i have my romance character to 10 hearts but is telling me shes not ready is it broken or what do i have to do to

how did you fix it? I´m currently here and she keeps saying she

´s not ready and I figured maybe I missed the 10th heart event, but it won´t spawn when I go to the location (I have the correct time, weather etc)
