Lost all items after Winter Festival

Hi! I hope that you will be able to help me. I just went to the Winter festival on the beach - as I could not use both of the stores for some reason, just came back home and went to my bed. After I woke up, I noticed that all my equipment (including 14 pirate chests! and my tools) is gone. I cant retrieve my tools in the blacksmith and I did not get them via post day later.

Anyone has any idea what can I do? Without any tools basically there is no way to play further...

I already restarted my game, but it happened after i woke up so right after the Save.. I play on PC from the MS store, i could not find Save in my rules, so assume it's cloud based.

I will be incredibly grateful for saving me - thank you! 😇

This happened to me too the Winter Festival happened on Winter 17 for me but it seemed like it wasn't the right festival? I did some games but it felt like it wasn't ready yet and after doing them all my items were gone...
I was able to restart the day since i noticed they were all gone. I hope you can get a fix for it. (Im on PC playing on game pass)

Anyone got any tips on this one? Can't seem to find the backup save (playing on PC game pass) so can't restore the save and fell a bit bummed out about having to restart a full year in to the game. Is there a way to reverse the save, even on game pass?
