#Need help with the merfolk. Can't talk to Denali or Mira, always get "has nothing more to say today"

I have the same issue, I thought I would have been able to build a relationshio with merfolk and also talk to the other creatures as well but nothing. Even completed "One of Us" quest...nothing gas changed as far as dialog.
